We would like to inform you of the 5^th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE and TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER DAYS “BIOMATERIAL 2009”. This high-level event in the field of biomaterials for medical applications has been carried out with great success since 1998.
It offers an efficient platform for companies and research institutes involved in the Biomaterial field to find partners for technology transfer as well as for the initiation of joint projects, e.g. funded by the 7^th EU Framework Programme (2007-2013).

5^th International Technology Transfer Days BIOMATERIAL 2009
19^th- 20^th February 2009 in Erfurt/Thuringia, Germany

Strong focus is placed on the participation of organisations from Eastern Europe such as Western Balkan Countries (WBC) and Newly Independent States (NIS). The event enables them to gain access to the EU market and provides the EU biomaterial scene with an insight into new unused scientific resources in the NIS and WBC countries.  

This year the event is thematically focussed on bone Tissue Engineering, on bioactive and biomimetic coatings, in vivo/in vitro-testing and on quality assurance. Target audience are providers as well as end users (companies of all sizes and research organisations) in these fields.
Well-known experts from Europe and the United States could be attracted as keynote speakers for special lectures (please see enclosed programme).

For the actual brokerage event a participant’s catalogue will be elaborated and based on your choice individual meetings with potential partners will be pre-arranged.

Especially your attractive and meaningful profile is important for the catalogue, as it is going to be distributed Europe-wide to specialised circles in industry and research with the aim to attract a large number of potential partners.
