The workshop “Alliances for Innovation” takes a broad view of the process of forming alliances. Some aspects of innovative alliances will be addressed: from finding innovative partners to creating a collaborative culture and from determining the cultural fit with a partner to developing alliance governance structures. In an interactive session the participants will learn from the Philips and Schering-Ploug alliance experts how to use new tools and techniques for designing and implementing alliances.
